How to Apply

Visit LAUSD Unified Enrollment to apply

Accepted Dual Language students:  

  • Enrollment packets mailed home in May
  • Parents contacted via phone or e-mail to schedule enrollment appointments. If you feel you have not been contacted, please call us at our office: (323) 661-2125 to schedule your appointment.
  •  All enrollment forms must be completed before the appointment date.  The only exception will be the immunizations and physicals, if the scheduled appointment is before the doctor's visit or physicals. 
  • On August 16 or before, we MUST have all the immunizations on file.

K-5 Resident Campus English Only Program:

  • Families can walk in to the Main Office to check to see if this is their home school and to pick up an enrollment packet 
To enroll in our Dual Language program, students must first apply through LAUSD’s eChoices program. Please visit our Dual Language page to learn more. To enroll in our resident school program with instruction in English only, please compile the materials listed below and stop by the school during office hours. You can find out more information about our school and programs by attending one of our scheduled school tours.

WHAT YOU NEED TO ENROLL

Identification Card for Parent/Guardian
 
Proof of Age. Children entering Kinder must be 5 years old on or before September 1
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Passport
Immunization Record
  • POLIO: At least 4 doses, but 3 meet the requirement if the last one was given on or after 4th birthday.
  • DIPTHERIA, TETANUS and DTP: 4 doses, but one more if last dose was given before 4th birthday.
  • MEASLES, MUMPS, RUBELLA (MMR): 2 doses must have been given on or after the 1st Birthday
  • HEPATITIS B: 3 doses
  • VARICELLA: 1 dose or provide acceptable documentation by a medical provider that child had chickenpox (Immunization Record must be signed or stamped by a medical provider.
Proof of address
  • Utility bill in the name of Parent/Guardian (gas or light bill). If bill is not in parent’s name an Address Verification Form needs to be signed by the owner and the address will be verified by office personnel.
  • Official Government mail (CalWorks, Social Security, etc.)
  • Original Rental Agreement in the name of Parent/Guardian
 Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
